Hi again!
Made a quick little red, white and blue Kraft birthday card to share.
The card base is die cut Kraft paper using Spellbinders A-2 Fancy Ribbon Threader. Clear vellum was dry embossed using a Cuttlebug scroll folder then die cut using Spellbinders Labels Three. Red and white polka dot paper (October Afternoon) was die cut with Labels Fifteen and Labels Three. Navy blue paper was die cut with Medallion One. Light ivory linen card stock was cut with Standard Circles (LG) and then stamped in Majestic Blue (Versafine) sentiment "Happy Birthday and Many More" from JustRite set Forever Friends. Tim Holtz's Fired Brick was inked along the edge of the circle. Blue twine was stitched into the base as was ivory ribbon. Recollections' blue rose button was assembled to the bow. Martha Stewart's butterflies were punched in ivory and blue. The above looks like a lot of steps/work, but the card went together quite quickly. I find with the A-2 die that cards just seem to fall into place easily. :)
