Illuminations' JOY holiday card

Happy Thursday!

Today is my day to post at Quietfire Creations.  Keeping with my New Year's Resolution, I made a Christmas card using their new Illuminations stamp set.  The card came together in a flash and is now added to my stash.  :)
(Admittedly, it feels great to get another card done for the holidays!)

Feel free to pop over to the Quietfire Creations blog for more details on the card.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
Hugs,
Kathy Jo

CAS Maple Leaves card

Today is a very special day for a friend of mine, Adan.  Today he will officially become Canadian!  I am so happy for him!  Canada is lucky (and smart!) to make him an official citizen.  :)

Here is a closeup of the card front.  It was tricky to catch the wood grain embossing (embossing folder is from the Paper Studio) so hopefully you can see it.
The supplies used: Paper Studio (wood grain embossing folder), Spellbinders (Little Leaf Sets, A2 Matting Basics), JustRite (Antique Tags One die set, Buntings and Banners stamps set for the sentiment), gold leafing marker

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Congrats Adan!
Hugs,
Kathy Jo
