The first card finished was posted yesterday- the Botanical Butterfly card. The other two cards used the same stamp so I decided to save those for today.
Card one: Fancy Fold Retro Standmixer Card. Same idea as yesterday's butterfly card but instead of a ribbon band I used ribbon and tied it closed. I also used Blossom Three dies instead of Lacey Circles. Two things I learned with this card: (1) The ribbon does work but I found that the band was better (2) the Blossom Three die set (S4-312) did not work as well as the Lacey Circles die set. The flower petals were a little fussy to align.
Card two: Standard Fold Retro Standmixer Card. Talk about an easy card! The paper is just too cute with the stamp and I had to use the swatch die behind the mixer. That is one of my favorite die sets and I enjoy using it on cards.
