It is time for a new challenge at Crafting Musketeers: Monochromatic. For my DT card I decided to go with black. This choice was totally determined by my cute cat, Pepper, who is a tuxedo kitty. I think she approved of the color choice!
My Monochromatic Kitty, Pepper |
I applied black ink to one side of my Cuttlebug embossing folder and embossed. I really like how the background turned out!
The bow is seam binding dyed using Tim Holtz' Black Soot. I applied wee bling on the image and on the die cuts as shown.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Looking forward to seeing your monochromatic creation this month at Crafting Musketeers!
Don't forget, today is the last day to leave a comment on my post to enter the draw for the Quietfire Stamp!
Hugs,
Kathy Jo

This card is so dramatic with the monochromactic design. I love how you layered the use of black into the design to add details that kept the black from overwhelming the card. A beautifully creative card
