"Hey there Pumpkin" sweet seasonal card

 

Hello Crafty Friends!

Last week I shared a sweet fall card using product from Spellbinders' the Seasonal Label Motifs Collection.  This week's card is also fall inspired.  You see, I am fortunate to have a craft room with a desk just underneath a large window.  The window looks out on the beautiful trees surrounding our property.  Today's project was inspired by that gorgeous fall view. 😊  

The Fall Label Motifs (S5-519) was the primary set used.  It is full of lovely dies for a fall project:

The sweet sentiment is from the Seasonal Motif Sentiments clear stamp set, STP-150.  

The stamp set coordinates with all of the dies in the entire Seasonal Labels Motifs collection.

Instructions:

Create a tent fold 4.25 x 5.5 base using dark blue card stock.  Mat mount copper metallic and then white card stock on the base.  Die cut the outer window die in dark blue and the inner die in white.  Appy Distress Ink to the outside of the white die cut.  Mount to the card base using foam tape.

Die cut the leaves, pumpkin, and sprigs using colored card stock.  Apply Distress Ink along edges.  Die cut a sprig and the acorn cap using copper card stock.  Assemble to the card front as shown.

Use blue ink to stamp "Hey there pumpkin" on white card stock.  Cut to size and mount onto orange card stock.  Apply Distress Ink to the edges.  Mount to card front.

Create a wee bow and hot glue to the top of the top of the window.  Add a coordinating button.

It is so cute!  What a happy fall card for someone special on your card giving list.

Adhesives (liquid glue, double sided tape, foam tape, hot glue)

Fall "Hello" from Spellbinders Seasonal Motif Collection

I love this time of year: trees are painting the world in the glorious colors of fall, the nature walks are calm and cool, and pumpkins are taking their share of the fall stage.  Fall is a perfect card theme to send a sweet hello to someone special.  Fall was in my heart and my inspiration for my project.

The Seasonal Label Motifs Collection was used to create the Hello card.  The Fall Label Motifs (S5-519) was the primary set used.  It is full of sweet dies for a fall project:

Scrap pieces of card stock were used extensively (great to use scraps!).  The pumpkin used copper card stock.  The other die cuts had Distress Ink (Vintage Photo) applied to the edges.

The banner is from the Let It Snowman Die Set (S5-533).  "Hello" from the Seasonal Motif Sentiments clear stamp set was stamped in brown and attached to the pumpkin.  

It is such a sweet gathering of fall beauties!

The window was die cut from white paper and light gold glitter stock.  It was all mounted on a textured piece of ivory card stock, white card stock, and a Kraft top fold card base.
