Also used is the Layered Daisies set, S4-1193.
Instructions:

Step 2- Spritz or flick water onto the inked paper and pat dry.Step 3- Die cut using the two largest dies from the Hemstitch Rectangles die set, S5-308.
Step 4- Die cut flowers and banner from die sets S4-1205 and S4-1193, All pieces were cut using white card stock except the flower centers that were cut in gold card stock.Step 5- Apply inks as shown.Step 6- Optional. Apply gold leafing along the edges of the banner and rectangle.
Step 7- Cut a 2" x 5.5" piece of white vellum and wrap around card the die cut. Mount to 4.25 x 5.5 card base. Assemble the banner and flower pieces as shown.

Step 9- Assemble "o" and "h" to form the word "oh" on the vellum. Assemble "happy" and "day". Use foam tape to adhere the last flower. Add three gems.Step 10- Create bows from white ribbon and light green twine. Assemble to the front.Isn't it the sweetest card? It is full of sunshine and "happy". :) As you can probably guess, I so enjoy creating bright and happy cards.
Thank you for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed the card and instructions.
Have a great day!
